This is about us! Vito and Willy and Mr Vito were born in SAMOT back in 2012.
Our frames are made in the traditional way, and go through fifty crafted stages of production over a period of six weeks, including four separate stages of polishing to ensure a glorious enhancement.
For this Mr. Vito collection we use titanium as core metal and of course the same high quality pure cellulose acetate we use in our paste frames. All together with the special and traditional craftsmanship of japanese heritage.

2017 was a very special year in Samot, 100 years have passed since Severiano Quintana opened a small photo-recording workshop in Santander in 1917. Later, in the 1920s, his sons Alejandro and Tomás expanded the workshop into a thriving Optics and Photography business.
